Lifestance is actively seeking passionate licensed therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Kirkland, Washington, who are committed to patient care and clinical excellence. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 based on productivity and involves either part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW required.
• Experience working with various populations, specifically adults and adolescents.
• Background in individual and couples therapy is advantageous.

• Provide therapy to patients in a caring and professional environment.
• Maintain clinical excellence in patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
