Job summary

Lifestance-Health is seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington for full- or part-time roles. We offer competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus, W2 employment, and a comprehensive benefits package, plus a 4% 401K match.

The Federal Way office supports a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, Monday–Friday schedules (weekends optional). WA licensure and experience in adult and/or child/adolescent therapy (individual and couples) are preferred to join our

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Candidate should be able to provide individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed therapy to clients in WA.
• Maintain patient care with clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the clinician team as needed.
