Job summary

Lifestance-Health is seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington to join a dedicated clinical team. The role offers a competitive compensation package within a W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, and a cash-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State.
• Credentials: LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for adults and/or children in a hybrid clinical setting.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy in a mix of in-person and remote sessions, maintaining high-quality care.
