Job Description
We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services via our telehealth platform.

Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from home!
- W2, Full-time
- Compensation: $70k-$80k base plus bonuses, potential up to $100k
- Monday to Friday schedule; no weekends; shifts include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm ET
- Liability insurance covered and annual stipend for growth and education
- We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans, serving patients across the lifespan
- Additional pay for fluency in Spanish

Requirements

• Master's degree (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
• Meet background and regulatory standards
