Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual mental health care for clients in North Carolina. The role involves meeting clients by video, helping them understand patterns in their relationships, and supporting emotional and behavioral change from a remote setting.

This is a full-time, remote position with standard daytime hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina in good standing.
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to clients located in North Carolina
• Work with individuals, couples, and families on relational and mental health concerns
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress updates
• Help clients build communication skills, coping strategies, and healthier relationship patterns
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical records

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
