Qualifications

• Technical training or certification in low voltage systems.
• BICSI Installer Certification or equivalent.
• CompTIA networking certifications (Network+).
• Manufacturer-specific certifications (Honeywell, Axis, Bosch, etc.).
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour safety certification.
• NICET 1 & 2 Fire Alarm certification.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure installations and repairs meet regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance.
• Evaluate systems for upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and managers.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
