Qualifications

• Manufacturer-specific certifications such as Honeywell, Axis, or Bosch are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Evaluate existing systems to determine upgrades or enhancements.
• Perform system upgrades to improve performance or compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
