Qualifications
- Technical training or certification in low voltage systems.
- BICSI Installer Certification or equivalent.
- Networking certification such as CompTIA Network+ is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete projects on time.
