Qualifications

• At least 5 years of litigation experience at a large firm or a sophisticated boutique.
• Licensed and in good standing in one of these states: California, Washington or Oregon.
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school.
• Outstanding references

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
