Farmers Insurance District 04 is expanding our Keller, TX agency and seeking a licensed, motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent. This full-time role offers base salary plus commissions, with uncapped earnings potential and high-quality leads from a national brand.

You will build relationships, educate clients on life, health, and P&C options, and grow towards agency ownership opportunities. Requirements include an active Texas Life & Health license and P&C license (or ability to obtain before

Qualifications

Active Texas Life & Health License required.
Active Texas Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain before start date).
Applications without Life and Health licenses cannot be considered.
Minimum 2-5 years active insurance sales experience with verifiable success.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community engagement.
Conduct needs-based assessments across Life, Health, and P&C lines.
Educate clients on coverage options and long-term financial protection.
Deliver exceptional service through follow-ups and policy reviews.
Meet production goals and maintain Farmers standards.
