Kuorum Partners Wealth LLC is seeking licensed life insurance sales agents in Clearwater, FL to convert inbound leads into policy sales. This in-person, W-2 role offers guaranteed pay of $20.00 per hour ($800 per week) plus uncapped bonuses and commissions.

First-year earnings can reach up to $150,000 with potential for six-figure income, driven by bonuses and residual-style earnings after six months. Training is provided in-house to support success and growth.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

Base Pay

Full-time, W-2 position with guaranteed pay of $20.00 per hour / $800 per week.

Uncapped Bonus Potential

Unlike many traditional insurance sales positions, our agents do not have chargebacks!

Residual-Style Earnings

After six months, agents become eligible for KPW’s version of residual-style earnings, creating an additional opportunity to earn.

Earning Potential

First-year income opportunity up to $150,000, including hourly wages, bonuses, and commissions.

Client-initiated inbound leads — no cold calling and no chasing down prospects!

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and evenings

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Pay: $800/week guaranteed base + weekly bonuses and monthly commissions

• Additional Earnings: Residual-style earning opportunity after 6 months
• Location: In-person only — Clearwater, Florida
