Qualifications

• Active Florida Health & Life (2-15) Insurance License required.
• Proven sales experience preferably in insurance or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
