All Access Insurance Network of Florida is seeking a driven Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. You will help individuals and families secure the coverage they need while maximizing your earning potential.

Responsibilities include prospecting, needs assessments, policy Education, and building a book of business through referrals. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus

Requirements

• Active Florida Health & Life (2-15) Insurance License required
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
