Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in property management.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and prospect/resident management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the condition of marketed homes from construction to resident move-in via inspections and sparkle cleans.
• Manage prospects through daily follow-up (texts, calls, emails).
• Maintain prospect dashboard with accuracy and oversight.
• Ensure leasing processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Coordinate pre/post self-tours and onboarding of online portal.
• Meet weekly with Portfolio Manager to review KPIs.
• Verify marketing photos and publish/syndicate listings to third-party sites.
• Post homes aged over 14 days to MLS.
• Provide high-level customer service in all interactions.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
