• Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare leasing documents.
• Support residents with renewals and service-related inquiries.
• Assist with renewals and resident relations.
• Maintain an organized, professional office environment.
• Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Work a weekly schedule of Thursday through Sunday.
