Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and active FL license required.
- Active/Current FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) required.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of treatment concepts for substance use disorders required.
- Passion for assisting individuals on their wellness journey required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations.
- Provide group, individual and family therapy.
- Utilize clinical skills to assess and plan client treatment programs.
- Occasionally assist with other related Crossroads Continuum duties.
- Clearly communicate the Center's Charter.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.
