Job summary

David Lawrence Centers seeks a Lead Clinician for the Intensive Outpatient Program in Naples, FL. This full-time exempt role involves delivering group, individual, and family therapy, managing a clinical caseload, and ensuring treatment plans align with best practices for co-occurring disorders.

The ideal candidate has a Florida license (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW), a relevant master's degree, and extensive experience with substance use treatment concepts. Collaboration and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related.
• Active Florida Clinical License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) is required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment concepts required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage coworkers, clients, and community agencies.
• MS Office 365 and EMR experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations.
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy.
• Utilize clinical skills to assess and plan client treatment programs.
• Occasionally assist with related Crossroads Continuum duties.
• Communicate the Center's Charter clearly and consistently.
• Provide a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.

Education

Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related

Active Florida clinical license (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW)

Experience with co-occurring disorders

Knowledge of substance use treatment concepts

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to engage diverse coworkers, clients, and agencies

Proficiency with MS Office 365 and EMR systems
