Job summary

Schneider Geomatics seeks a Professional Land Surveyor (Licensed) in Charlotte, NC. This role performs both field and office tasks across Geomatics projects to deliver boundary, topographic, ALTA, route, construction, and control surveys.

Ideal candidates hold a NC PLS license, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3–5 years in field and office surveying, with strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, and GIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional Land Surveyors license required in North Carolina.
• 3–5 years of Field surveying experience is required.
• 3–5 years of Office surveying experience is required.
• Must understand both field and office functions for traditional surveying deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform tasks for Geomatics projects, including field and office work.
• Deliver survey services meeting client agreements in type, quality, and timeliness.
• Involve in boundary, topographic, ALTA, route, construction, and control surveys.
• Support various Geomatics projects from Schneider offices or teams.
