Job description

DuBois & King is seeking a Licensed Surveyor looking for opportunities for growth to work with our growing survey team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of field survey procedures including linear topographic survey, boundary surveys, land record research and plan preparation, and construction layout.
• Take an active role in client relations, land record research, and plan preparation.
• The position offers opportunities for participation in business development, staff growth, mentoring, and strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience (the firm is willing to mentor and train the right individual).
• Active LS license, or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
• Ability to operate survey equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Robotics. Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a desire for growth including managing personnel and projects are preferred.
• Experience with business development or public sector clients is a plus.
• CAD experience.
