Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX for Licensed Journeyman Electricians (JW) and Foremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing electrical systems in accordance with plans, codes, and safety standards. Foremen will coordinate crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications. Both JW and Foremen will read and interpret blueprints, operate appropriate tools and equipment, and collaborate with project managers, other trades, and inspectors. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of work performed, and supporting a safe, organized jobsite.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess proficiency in operating heavy equipment and using appropriate tools safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including the ability to follow instructions, provide clear updates, and work cooperatively with diverse teams.
• Valid journeyman license in electrical construction in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial construction environments.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Reliable transportation, ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, and willingness to work occasional overtime as project needs require.
