Responsibilities include:

1. Leading service/install team in establishing proper service and installation processes as defined by Culligan by WaterCo
2. Installing water treatment systems, including water softeners and reverse osmosis units, in residential and commercial properties
3. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
4. Assessing customer needs and designing customized water treatment solutions
5. Ensuring all installations and repairs comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and Culligan’s high standards
6. Providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on system maintenance and usage
7. Maintaining compliance with plumbing codes and safety guidelines

Compensation: $33-35/hr depending on experience

Minimum requirements:

1. Valid journeyman plumbing license
2. 3-5 years plumbing experience, preference for water treatment expertise
3. Proficiency with plumbing tools and interpreting schematics
4. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
5. Strong communication skills
6. Valid driver’s license with clean record
7. High school diploma or equivalent
8. Familiarity with local service area
9. Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

Essential functions:

1. Lift and carry 80-100 pounds
2. Drive for extended periods
3. Perform tasks in confined spaces
4. Enter/exit vehicles frequently and sit during travel
