Description

A Journeyman Plumber is needed for Residential and Commercial jobs in the Baldwin, Florida and the surrounding area. They will oversee the completion of all aspects of plumbing projects. Performs a full range of plumbing tasks safely, including assembling, installing, or repairing pipes according to specifications or plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, installs, and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs always focused on quality services
• Promotes and fosters teamwork within the plumbing project crew
• Maintains organization and ensures schedules are met
• Provides support by managing, coordinating, and following job schedules: i.e., labor hours, material costs, change orders
• Supports a safe and clean work environment and follows company procedures
• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
• This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization
• Performs other duties and special projects

Requirements

Plumber Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 5 years of plumbing experience
• Knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair skills
• Ability to develop and implement planned maintenance programs
• Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools, and power tools
• Apply shop mathematics to solve problems
• Able to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety procedures
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel independently
• Must have a valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen, and DMV) is required for all positions
