Job summary
Cooper Heating & Cooling is seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems in the Broomfield area. You will service water heaters, tanks, fixtures, drains, and gas piping with a focus on safety and customer education.
The role emphasizes a consultative, service-first approach, on-call rotation, use of ServiceTitan and Rilla AI tools, and ongoing training to deliver complete home solutions for customers.
Qualifications
- Colorado Journeyman Plumber License or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum 6 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean record; able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems.
- Service water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, drains, and gas piping.
- Conduct leak detection and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in on-call rotation and follow safety protocols.
