Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time Licensed Journeyman Lineman to join our team.

The role focuses on safe operation of high-voltage systems up to 230kV, interpreting electrical plans, and training apprentices while maintaining reliability. A CDL-A and Journeyman Apprenticeship are required; travel may be necessary. We offer a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program (copy required).
• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A).
• Drug and background check required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Work safely on energized high-voltage systems up to 230kV.
• Interpret electrical plans and prints and install/maintain power lines.
• Train apprentices and other crew members on job quality and safety.
• Travel as needed and perform pre-job briefings.
