Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SCADA-related instrumentation (SCADAPack)
• Familiarity with RocLink software, Modbus, and TCP/IP protocols
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
• Altronics Products DD-40 Annunciators DSMs, compressor units, CAT panels
• Suction controllers, recycle valves, liquid level controllers, dump valves
• T-Rex communicators, Hart protocol, chemical injection pumps, solar/pneumatic systems
• Process instrumentation: pressure and temperature switches/transmitters, flow switches, vibration sensors
• Gas detectors, O2 sensors, moisture analyzers
• Control valves, valve actuators, positioners

Experience of at least 2 years as an automation, instrumentation, or electrical technician is required. A 2-year associate degree in Industrial Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or Process Controls is preferred.
