Blue Collar Services in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Journeyman Electrician for a residential service role across Washington County, Ozaukee County and Northeastern Milwaukee. You will troubleshoot, install and repair electrical systems in homeowners' houses, delivering safe, code-compliant solutions.

Qualified applicants will hold an active Journeyman Electrician license, have 5+ years of residential experience, and demonstrate strong communication with customers.

• Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 5+ years of electrical experience in residential service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot residential electrical systems safely and efficiently.
• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, load centers, surge protection.
• Diagnose electrical issues and identify root causes.
• Deliver safe, code-compliant repair solutions.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Provide accurate scopes of work, material lists, and pricing.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and additional services as appropriate.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment.
• Basic EMT conduit bending and installation.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time.

Full-Time: 40+ Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• 5+ years of electrical experience
• Strong residential troubleshooting and service experience
• Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong understanding of measurements, math, and electrical systems
• Pride in workmanship, appearance, and reliability
