Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed therapist to join as a full-time Intake Specialist. The clinician will assess diverse clients from youth to adults and coordinate initial treatment plans across Boone, Hendricks, Marion, Montgomery and Putnam counties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Must be license eligible or licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMHC, LCAC or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans.
• Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments at time of intake.
• Interpret information to identify consumer needs and formulate recommendations.
• Complete documentation to enroll consumers in Cummins programs.
