Job summary

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is hiring a full-time Intake Specialist to assess and enroll diverse clients across Boone, Hendricks, Marion, Montgomery and Putnam counties. The clinician will complete diagnostic assessments, administer CANS/ANSA, identify needs, and enroll clients in Cummins programs.

A Master’s degree and Indiana licensure or eligibility (LCSW/LMHC/LCAC/LMFT) are required. Benefits include a $2,000 sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness options, competitive salaries, PTO,

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related program.
Must be license eligible or licensed in Indiana as LCSW/LMHC/LCAC/LMFT.

Responsibilities

Complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans.
Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments at intake.
Interpret the information needed to identify each consumer's specific needs.
Formulate individualized recommendations for each consumer.
Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork to enroll consumers in Cummins programs.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related program

Licensed or license eligible in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, LMFT)
