Job summary

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed therapist for a full-time Intake Specialist role serving diverse populations across Boone, Hendricks, Marion, Montgomery and Putnam counties in Indiana.

The clinician will conduct diagnostic assessments, administer CANS/ANSA at intake, and develop personalized treatment plans while facilitating enrollment in Cummins programs. A state license in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LCAC/LMFT) or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related program.
• Must be license eligible or licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans.
• Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments at intake.
• Interpret information to identify consumer needs.
• Formulate individualized recommendations for each consumer.
• Complete documentation and enrollment paperwork in Cummins programs.

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc., is adding a licensed therapist for a career as a full-time Intake Specialist. This clinician will help a diverse group of persons in all age groups from youth to adults and their families within Boone County (Lebanon), Hendricks County (Avon), Marion County (Indianapolis), Montgomery County (Crawfordsville) and/or Putnam County (Greencastle).

Job Duties Include

• Complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans.
• Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments at time of intake.
• Interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each consumer's specific needs.
• Formulate individualized recommendations for each consumer.
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork to enroll consumers in Cummins programs.

Required Education/Experience

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related program.
• Must be license eligible or licensed in the state of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
