Job summary

California Casualty seeks a Licensed Solutions Advisor to drive new business by engaging prospective customers, identifying insurance needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions. The role conducts policy reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities while servicing existing accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a business-related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to build relationships with customers and teams.
• Must obtain and maintain insurance sales licenses (resident in home state and non-resident licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Oregon, and Wyoming).

Responsibilities

• Sales: quotes and issues auto/homeowner policies; counsels prospective customers and performs needs analyses to recommend coverages. Responds to underwriting requests to complete sales applications in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: services existing customers for maintenance of policies including risk assessment, loss analysis, coverage review, and endorsement analysis; resolves billing issues.
• Database Administration: enters transactions and documents activity across multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting: clarifies complaints; determines cause; explains best solution; follows up to ensure resolution.
• Mentor/Coach: assists development of others and training.
• Other duties as required: performs incidental duties and assists training as needed.
