Allstate Insurance Agency - Daryl Hackworth is looking for an Insurance Sales/Service Professional to grow a local agency with the support of a national brand. You will engage new prospects, build relationships in the community, and apply insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term advisory relationships.

You will help the agency achieve sales goals, manage existing client relationships, and promote Allstate products that fit customer needs while delivering a positive

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience preferred.
• Servicing existing book in office required.
• Allstate insurance experience preferred.
• Existing Property & Casualty License required.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
