Base pay range

$86,000.00/yr - $106,000.00/yr

This role involves outside territory sales, offering scheduling flexibility and autonomy. You will engage with small to medium-sized businesses, presenting our top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training includes classroom sessions, hands-on experience with top performers, and self-paced modules.

Experience in athletics, military, law enforcement, or a proven success track record is preferred but not required. We are looking for driven individuals ready to make an impact.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and reservice existing clients.
  • Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your sales manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule, submitting it to your manager.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activities.
