Allen Pitts – State Farm Agency in Dallas, TX is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) to join our in-office team. If you enjoy helping people protect what matters and building lasting relationships, we’d love to meet you.

In this role you will generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and tailor coverage for each client. You’ll answer questions about policies, eligibility, billing, and claims with friendly, prompt service, while pursuing sales goals.

Formación

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required).
• Able to work in-person at Dallas office.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Track record of meeting goals or quotas is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
