Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati, OH is hiring entry-level Licensed Sales Representatives for an on-site, professional dress setting. In this phone-based role, you’ll speak with existing clients only, with no cold calling, and you’ll complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided.

You’ll aim to speak with 3–4 clients per hour, build relationships, and pass the Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days (with two attempts).

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to study and pass Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days, with 2 attempts.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• On-site work in a professional dress setting.

Responsibilities

• Speak with 3–4 clients per hour, aligning needs with available products.
• Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided.
• Pass Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid on-the-job study time.
