Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Representative role based in Elyria, OH. The Financial Representative meets with clients in person to assess their financial needs, explain complex financial concepts, and present insurance, investment, and retirement planning solutions appropriate to their goals. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with potential clients, conducting needs-based consultations, preparing and delivering tailored financial recommendations, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular reviews. The role also involves staying informed about company products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, as well as completing required training and collaborating with managers and peers to achieve sales and service objectives.
