Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a licensed insurance sales professional for a remote role with hybrid flexibility in Ohio. You will connect with clients via phone, email, and video to recommend insurance solutions and help protect what matters most.

Base pay is $18/hr for licensed candidates with a typical first-year earning potential of $50,000+ and top performers earning $100,000+. Enjoy PTO, work-from-home, flexible schedules, and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life insurance license required.
• 1–3 years of insurance sales or service experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Call prospective customers by phone, email, and video to generate interest.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and client lists.
• Ensure Ohio licensing requirements are held or pursued as needed.
