Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required.
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly new business production goals.
• Follow up consistently on leads, referrals, and quoted prospects.
• Build multi-policy households through effective bundling.
• Maintain high daily activity including calls, quoting, and pipeline management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to overall agency growth through individual performance and teamwork.
