Job summary

Kemper is seeking licensed insurance agents to join our field sales teams in Monticello, Arkansas. You will manage an established book of business, conduct home visits, and close new policies with uncapped commissions and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations to close new policies.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and build a book of business.
• Collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule and maintain records of transactions.
