Job summary

The Rodriguez Insurance Group in Spring, TX is seeking a Licensed Sales Producer to help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Property & Casualty License preferred (required after hire if not currently licensed)
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
