You’ll receive paid training, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities, plus ongoing learning through Allstate University.

Remote roles are available once licensed; compensation ranges from $36,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
• Comprehensive training provided; insurance experience not required
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
