Job summary

Allstate Exclusive Agency Staff is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency by building relationships and protecting what matters most. You will be paid base with uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities, with Allstate University providing ongoing learning.

Remote roles require active licensing. If not licensed, we’ll connect you with local in-office opportunities. Estimated annual compensation is $36,000 – $100,000 (base + commission).

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career.
• No insurance experience required—we’ll help you get licensed.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities
