Allstate is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local Allstate agency by building relationships, protecting what matters most, and becoming a trusted advisor in the community.

You’ll start with comprehensive training, earn base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, and advance through Allstate University. Remote roles require licensing; otherwise in-office opportunities may be available; compensation ranges from $36k to $100k annually.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; license assistance provided.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.
• Able to develop relationships and cross-sell to clients.
