Conrad Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. We serve customers across New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia, offering personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Join a driven team, with a Mon-Fri schedule, hands-on training, and sales leads provided to help you build a robust book of business. You will quote, present, and close policies while meeting monthly production goals and maintaining compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong telephone, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Minimum of one year of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to quote, present, and close insurance policies.
• Experience selling auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, or commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact agency-provided leads and develop additional sales opportunities.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, and other insurance products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage.
• Explain coverage options clearly and make recommendations based on each customer’s needs.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
• Assist with servicing and retaining your book of business.
• Meet established monthly production expectations.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Follow all carrier, agency, and state compliance requirements.
