Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Associate in Texas. You will sell personal lines products, educate customers on coverage options, respond to leads, and proactively follow up with prospects to drive growth and retention.

You will cross-sell, handle policy questions, and maintain accurate records while meeting sales and service goals in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and other available insurance products
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their individual needs
• Respond to inbound leads and proactively follow up with prospective customers
• Cross-sell and identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
• Provide excellent service to existing policyholders
• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage changes, payments, and general account needs
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage retention
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Meet individual and office sales, service, and performance goals
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience
