Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required (must be able to obtain if not currently held).
• Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales role beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and current clients to assess insurance requirements.
• Market and explain a wide range of State Farm insurance products (property, casualty, life, health).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with clients for policy updates, questions and billing concerns.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service for policy availability, eligibility and changes.
• Contribute to sales goals through effective consultative selling and client care.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.
