Allstate Insurance Agency - David Lowry is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and educate customers on the value of insurance with trusted advice.

The role focuses on meeting sales goals through new business and cross-selling, using provided leads and a base plus commission plan. Training and advancement opportunities are offered in a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
