The Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Remote) works from home and engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. o1 + years of customer service and 6 months sales experience

oActive resident license to sell P&C insurance

oVerifiable High school diploma or GED

oStrong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

oProficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills

oHigh Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps)

oMust reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
