Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance seeks a full-time, commission-based agent to sell and service a wide range of insurance products across Georgia. You will meet quarterly sales targets, analyze client needs, and provide tailored coverage solutions while promoting the Farm Bureau brand within local communities.

The role requires active licensing in Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health or pursuing licensure, along with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Valid Georgia driver's license
• Must have passed Georgia Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance exams (License Required) or actively pursuing licensure
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Self-motivated, community-minded, and eager to grow

Responsabilidades

• Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental; meet quarterly sales and retention goals
• Adhere to agency business plans and deliver high-quality service
• Consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions
• Prospect new customers through community networking to grow membership
• Ensure policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately
• Inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions
• Promote Georgia Farm Bureau and GFBMIC through local advertising and community involvement
• Engage in professional development and product training
• Foster strong relationships between county offices and the home office
