Farmers Insurance in Colton, California is seeking a confident, experienced Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. In this Full-Time role, you will sell and promote our insurance products, build client relationships, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

The ideal candidate holds an active California Property & Casualty license, is self-motivated and coachable, and excels at networking with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and auto dealers. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
