The ideal candidate will have a CA license (or obtain within 45 days) and strong knowledge of insurance products, with excellent communication skills. The role offers a flexible schedule, hands-on training, and opportunities for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• A valid insurance license in CA or ability to obtain within 45 days.
• Proven experience as Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships.
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Present and explain insurance policy options to clients.
• Process applications, renewals, and claims for clients.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about available insurance products and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
